Refund Policy

At Append Mobility Private Limited, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we will issue refunds for services provided through the Alter Cabs platform.
1. General Policy
Refunds will be provided only in specific circumstances such as ride cancellation issues, service disruptions, or billing errors.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction to request a refund.
Service Issues: If you encountered a significant service disruption (e.g., driver failed to show up or vehicle condition was not as described), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
Cancellation Refunds: If you cancel a ride within the allowed cancellation period, you may be eligible for a refund of the fare, minus any applicable fees.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support at admin@altercabs.com. Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
4. Refund Disbursement
Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Rides completed successfully are non-refundable unless there are extraordinary circumstances as mentioned above.
Late cancellations that fall outside the allowed cancellation period are subject to cancellation fees and are non-refundable.
